本公司成立之前為各製程專業代工廠，為因應台灣PCB生態之改變，於是於2011年成立富鼎光電股份有限公司，完成上下游整合產 銷一體。

Rich – Top was established in 2011 by merging five Sub-contracting companies operating in the Printed Circuit Board manufacturing of small – volume large – variety praduction. Rich – Top offering service flexibility and engineering capability to assure the customer's requirments in Taiwan and World Wide.
